Hello! We are looking for a nanny for the summer for our daughter, M. She is 10 years old and very bright, energetic, and happy. She also has autism, so we are looking for someone with special needs experience and who enjoys working with unique individuals like her. She is very high functioning and does sometimes get a little floaty or escalated, so she needs someone who is patient and can make space for her big emotions.
