This job is mostly hanging out with my kids for a few hours a few times a week so my Grandma can take some time to herself or to get things done that she can't focus on while the kids are demanding her attention. She will be here as well most of the time (may run to the store or something).
My 6-year-old has autism and is non-verbal. He takes a bit of work to learn to communicate with.
