I am a former 2nd grade teacher with a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I have a bachelor's in Biology, so I have a background in more advanced math and science as well.

For the past two years, I have worked at the Boys and Girls club as an after school teacher for students in second grade. During the school year, I worked with ESL (English Second Language) students, those with learning disabilities, and others to try and get them at or above grade level in the areas of reading and math.

I have a certification in Elementary K-6 as well as mid level math and I have experience tutoring a high school student as well. Most recently taught 2nd grade for 4 years. I currently am a stay at home mom and sub 2 days a week at the elementary level.
