Job Summary: We are seeking a Program Supervisor to plan and implement a dynamic curriculum of developmentally appropriate activities for children whose parents attend our daytime onsite programs. The children s program aims to engage children and offer opportunities for academic enrichment and social skills development. Children will primarily be preschool in age, but can range from preschool to early adolescence during school vacations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an early childhood setting, as well as the ability to work independently in a busy environment with a flexible team spirit. This part-time position reports directly to the Family Center Manager.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create session plans and organize supplies for each session
Submit supply requests
Prepare and tidy children's room before and after each session
Take attendance and direct any volunteers
Communicate with Family Center Manager about program needs

Requirements:
Experience in an early childhood setting
Proficiency in Spanish; must be able to communicate well with parents and children
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Experience working with people from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain flexibility as program needs change
