Joyce is an amazing care provider. She provided back up care for my daughter when i needed it. She made my daughter feel comfortable and welcome from day one. While there my daughter received excellent care.

Joyce has been an absolute blessing in our lives. Our oldest started with her when she was 7 months old until she went into Kindergarten, our middle child attended from 4 months until she recently started preschool at 3.5 years, and our youngest will be with Joyce when I go back to work in a few weeks. Joyce is always up to date with safety practices, and she provides nutritious food that my kids love. She works with them to prepare them for school, and both my older two were well prepared for preschool by the time they went. The friendships the kids developed there will be long lasting. I highly recommend Nieves Family Daycare!

I would highly recommend Joyce to any new mother. My oldest starting with Joyce when she was just four months old and my youngest started when she was five months old. They are now eight and six years old and just transitioned out of Joyce's care. My girls were so happy to go to daycare each day and formed strong bonds with Joyce and the other kids. They learned so much and were always so excited to tell Joyce about their latest accomplishments. They knew Joyce would be so proud of them and that made their day.

As a first time mother the thought of having to put my baby in daycare and go back to work was scary. The first day I dropped my baby off I was a wreck. Joyce offered me a pack of tissues and reassured me my baby boy would be in good hands. She sent me pictures, updates, and recaps after each day of how he did. How much he ate, how he napped, how many diapers he had changed. She goes above and beyond my expectations for daycare. He has been going there for almost 8 months and I couldn't be happier. It really is a family environment and everyday I go to drop him off I know he is in the best of care. My son is happy and sometimes doesn't want to leave! I have talked to other new mothers who take there children to daycare and they couldn't believe all the things she does and how she keeps me informed. I would recommend Nieves Family daycare to anyone in a heartbeat. I could go on forever how wonderful Joyce is and how lucky my husband and I were to find her!

I have been taking my daughter to Joyce for about a year and a half now. She started when she was four months old and has flourished in her care. She loves to be dropped off in the morning and a lot of the time does not want to leave at the end of the day because she is having so much fun with Joyce and the other children. Joyce made the transition for my two kids ages 1 and 3 to enter daycare for the first time very easy. My kids felt welcomed and cared for. As a parent I knew my kids were safe and we'll taken care of. Joyce is such a nurturing person who takes pride in her work and child care. Joyce has is one of the most considerate, patient and loving individual I have ever encountered. She has taken exceptional care of my 2 year old daughter Tatiyana on many occasions. Having two young boys of her own only enhances her personal knowledge and level of understanding children.
