We are a full service karate school that offer youth program to help parents. From September - June we offer a before and after school karate program. From June - September we offer a full day karate camp. The before and after school program children come right from school, they have free time, homework time, karate class and arts and crafts. Summer camp hours are from 6:30am (can have earlier arrival at 6am) - 6pm; children go hiking and swimming everyday, karate, weapon training, speed and endurance training every morning. Along with all the youth program we offer we have a full evening karate program from ages 2 years old - adults. All karate students learn; Shaolin Kempo, weapons, jujisu, self defense, sparring, tournament training, and fitness. For those adults that do not want to do karate but want to be in shape we have a small fitness room and offer yoga, fitness ball, kickboxing and self defense class..
