I contacted Suzanne for a part time job and eventually left my full time employment to work for her and it was the best decision I made she promised me full time and kept her word. She cares for her employees, clients and their families. Working for this agency is peaceful and everything flows any problems or concerns she address them promptly. Best agency I have ever worked for. If your looking for a caring, dependable, honest and dedicated home care agency look no further you won't be disappointed.

Suzana and her team have been nothing short of fantastic! I was looking for services for my mother in law and thankful I ran across Suzana's page. The whole process was super easy and very fast. I've witnessed my mother in laws caregiver treat her with kindness, compassion, respect and a gentleness that went above and beyond her job description. Homecare Your Way has provided excellent service for our father for the last year. Suzana Sukunda is a professional, responsive and dedicated business owner who has made the transition to full time care very smooth for my father and for us, his daughters. Suzana has an excellent staff of home care aides and is able to manage their schedules efficiently. She is thoughtful about which home health care aide will work best with her client. She answers emails immediately and has excellent communication with both her staff and her clients. We hope to continue working with this agency for years to come.

I contacted Suzana at Homecare Your way LLC needing care a few times a week for my mother who has Parkinson's and mild dementia, she was very professional and made sure to match the perfect caregiver for all of my mothers needs. Although mom did not feel that she needed assistance, she quickly accepted and loved the care and companionship she was receiving. Highly recommend using their service.

So happy to be able to share my experience!! I was desperate to find someone to care for my mom, as she needed full assistance and 24 hour care. Suzana was so organized and punctual. My mother would call me and tell me how happy she was with her aids and the services provided. She was so comfortable and all her needs were met at all times. I highly recommend her. Suzanna has been caring for her dad who has Parkinson's for the past five years. She goes above and beyond when working with him and treats him as het own father or grandfather which is what you look for in someone who is caring for a loved one. She has become a member of the family and we would recommend her to care for anybody you love.
