Natalie worked with our baby for about 6 months (3-4 days a week for the full day). Our baby was 4 months old when she started. Natalie was absolutely wonderful with our little girl! They were ALWAYS busy doing activities or finding fun ways to eat solids :). Our daughter loves her very much and always welcomed her with a BIG SMILE! I had the utmost trust and faith in Natalie. Her passion for childcare really shines through. She is a wonderful person as well and would always go above and beyond! She was very intuitive and always willing to help. She is very disciplined and punctual - always arrived at least 5 minutes early!
