About Jocelyn

Passionate about fostering well-being, I am a creative, patient, & empathetic individual ready to make a difference! I have a bachelors degree in psychology & I am on the brink of completing my master's in occupational therapy. I recently completed my final rotation in a sub-acute rehab setting where I treated persons with TBI, stroke, cancer, dementia, Parkinson's, and more. There I evaluated patients, created goals, & implemented interventions to help maximize safety & independence with ADLs, med management, cooking, & more. Interventions included strength, balance, cognitive, fine/ gross motor skills, home evals, adaptive device & family/caregiver training etc. I have 6 yrs experience working for a home health care company & am dementia + CPR certified. With a comprehensive understanding of varied needs, I am eager to bring my knowledge & dedication to your loved one(s) care. I am also happy to help with any household tasks, errands, & pets!
