About Holly

Hello! I am looking for a student with reading, spelling and/or writing challenges. I am a teacher with 10 years of experience and have degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education. I am certified by the Academy of Orton-Gillingham to teach students with a diagnosis of dyslexia. I'd describe my personality as organized, thoughtful, & dedicated I like tutoring because each child is worth investing in! I'm looking for a job with a family that is willing to commit to consistent tutoring sessions and a child with reading, spelling and/or writing challenges. I started tutoring when I stopped teaching full-time with two young daughters at home. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family! I have two young daughters (4 and 2) and my husband, Drew. One thing you should know about me is that I will do more than "help with homework", I will provide specialized instruction for your child. My skills include reading, spelling, and writing instruction.
