I hired Flordeliza for the evening shift to care for my mother, an 81 year old woman who had recently broken both hips within 3 weeks of each other. She was in a lot of pain, delirious from the pain killers and her dementia related agitation was extremely elevated. Lisa worked 4 nights a week in keeping my mother safe and calm. She had a lovely, patient demeanor that helped my mother recover. And when my mother fully recovered, Lisa became the only person that my mother would allow to wash her. She would sleep so well after an evening shower with Lisa. I highly recommend Lisa for looking after your elderly loved ones. She keeps the house very clean and tidy, calm and quick in an emergency situation, kind and patient with my mother, and incredibly reliable in picking up shifts with other caretakers. She also drives, which is helpful in an emergency situation.
