We interviewed Erma for a full time role taking care of my mom who has dementia. Erma was very responsive, met my parents on short notice, and my parents loved her. She was obviously very qualified and very patient with my mother. We decided to hire a different candidate, but it was a very hard decision. We strongly recommend Erma.
