About Erica

Hi! My name is Erica R. I have been a certified elementary educator for 2 years, teaching 4th grade. Before that, I worked with children as an instructional paraeducator for 5 years. This included working with small groups, one on one with students, and teaching whole class (on occasion). I privately tutored a couple students through people that I knew on their math skills, including a 1st grader and a student from third-fifth grade. Math is my passion, especially thinking of different strategies to help struggling students, but I am capable of tutoring in other subjects as well.
