I was apprehensive to make the decision to hire a nanny, but it was the best option for our family during the COVID-19 pandemic. Baylie stepped in and quickly calmed my nerves. She demonstrates tremendous responsibility taking care of my three children and maintaining a tidy household. She provides consistent updates so that I know my kids are safe and well cared for. It is clear to me that working with children is her passion. This manifests in her communication skills and creative ideas for educational activities. She has turned my house into an exhibit of finger paintings and kids seasonal crafts. She is kind, honest, and has had an immeasurable impact on my family's life. Unfortunately due to a change in employment, we were forced to make a difficult decision to change our child care plan. Baylie will be a valuable addition to any family.
