He is an 83-year-old with various Neurological disorders; Parkinson's; PSP; and NPH. He primarily uses a transport chair and a 4 wheeled walker. He has balance issues and is a choke risk due to poor swallowing. He requires hands on assists for all ADL's and requires assistance for grooming, dressing, showers, and toileting. He currently uses the toilet; wears Depends during the day & a urinal at bedtime. The family uses a gait belt at all times. Have In home equipment to assist. Please be willing to prepare light meals if needed. Prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with 2 small dogs; and must be CPR certified / first aid trained and have fingerprint clearance. Looking for long term help from someone who can offer respite bi-monthly for 5 or 6 hours during the day.
