About who needs care: My dad needs a patient & caring helper. He has had a couple strokes & has a hard time verbalizing & articulating things. So needs someone with patience to listen when he's trying to talk & also help with phone calls. Also -getting around -light household tasks -someone who's tech savvy. He has a hard time navigating all this technology & gets very frustrated. -It would be great if you're mobile to help with errands, doc appts & just helping getting him out & about. A little about my dad. He's Alaska Native & has a lot of pride in that. Has strong Christian beliefs so you should be open/tolerant of this. He plays flute, enjoys Native artwork, sharing the culture, sharing his brothers poem writings, loves photography & sharing pics on social media. I'd like to do a meeting so we can make sure this is a good fit for everyone. I'm a few states away & can't do public meet ups. Thank you for your time & we look forward to meeting you.
