Training in interpersonal skills, development & maintenance of personal relationships 2. Skill building to increase community living skills, such as shopping, recreation, personal banking, & other community activities. 3. Training with therapeutic exercises and physical exercises. 4. Transportation to support implementation of in-home skill building 5. Support, supervise, aid with, bathing, diaper changing, dressing and other personal care tasks daily.
