We are looking for a sitter who can pick our Kindergartner up from school and then hang with all 3 of our kids until we get home from work. Our older two are fairly self sufficient, but aren't quite up to watching their 'wild card' younger brother every day! Once school ends in June, we'll be looking for full time care through the summer (with the exception of a few weeks we will be out of town - and we'll give you those dates up front) and potentially continuing back to the after school schedule into the following school year. Our 6 year has some special needs and we are working to get therapy services set up. Taking him to and from those appointments may also be needed. Will certainly share more details before moving forward!

Duties Include but are not limited to: 1. Training in interpersonal skills, development & maintenance of personal relationships 2. Skill building to increase community living skills, such as shopping, recreation, personal banking, & other community activities. 3. Training with therapeutic exercises and physical exercises. 4. Transportation to support implementation of in-home skill building 5. Support, supervise, aid with, bathing, diaper changing, dressing and other personal care tasks daily. 6. Provide consumer with encouragement to maintain skills that have been taught 7. Monitor health status and physical condition 8. Research community outings for participant to attend to encourage his getting out into community 9. Other duties as assigned

We need a sitter/companion for our 1 child in Raleigh. I need someone whos fun & willing to be a companion for my teen with autism. He loves his Mama, iPad and swimming! I just want to give him an opportunity to be social with another person while giving me a break. No cleaning up, food prep (unless you would like to make something with him), no pets, just fun! I need someone energetic who likes being outside & swimming. BONUS if you're an OT, ST, BT(behavior tech), TA or college student.

We are in search of a regular, reliable childcare provider to cover school holidays/teacher workdays/date nights/vacations/appointments/school closures. We have 7-year-old twin boys. One boy is normally developing and one has some special needs, mostly with communication and toileting. Mom is a nurse in a clinic setting and Dad is in business. The boys enjoy visits to the park/playground, movies, books, and being outdoors. This position is very flexible and is only for days not covered by school or other childcare, not 50hrs/week.
