I am looking for a full time house keeper/ assistant for my home. The house is approx 6000sq ft and sits on 20 acres. I am currently the only resident of the home, along with my yellow lab Bentlie. This position would be in charge of taking care of day-to-day house keeping activities including laundry, cleaning of the home, organizing, possible occasional light cooking, holiday decorating, grocery and supply shopping, etc... The hours can be slightly flexible to work around your home schedule. This is a full time position. We need a nanny that is willing to help us with developmental goals, assist with putting together and feeding breakfast and lunch, put down for a nap, go on walks and play. We have 2 dogs, one big and one small, that are generally locked up while our nanny is here. However, they can be taken on walks with our daughter, just one dog at a time. We are looking for someone that can be active with our daughter with music time, reading, and active play. I work from home, so having some freedom to focus on work is definitely needed.

About who needs care: Recuperating from a stroke with right side deficit. Some cognitive issue, but can communicate. Will need assistance with transfers from wheel chair to toilet. She will need assistance with pull up changes if she has an accident. She likes to watch TV, sit on the front deck or back deck. Another friend will be staying with us too and will need about the same care. He is an 82-year-old male with about the same amount needed care. He has more mobility than my wife. Meals for breakfast and lunch would need to be prepared daily. About the care needs: Someone who is kind, gentle and likes pets.
