I need my house clean top to bottom between me and my husband working we just don't have time it's not messy messy but we do have two miniature schnauzers and a cat. One dog goes with me to work daily. The other one stays at home with the cat very friendly animals they can be left in a room while working in other rooms. I need vacuuming, dusting and mopping the bathrooms, family room and kitchen. I need the bathrooms sinks, countertops, tub, and toilet cleaned and the kitchens sink and countertops cleaned. Our home is a rancher, all one floor carpet in the bedrooms and living room, laminate flooring in the family room and kitchen tile in both bathrooms. We have three bedrooms, two bath, living room, family room kitchen. Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general cleaning up the kitchen and bath Looking for someone very organized, and very meticulous to detail We have parking a large driveway and in front of our house We have two miniature, schnauzers, shadow, and Lily and Bob, the cat all three of the very friendly. You will probably not see Bob at all. He usually goes and hides under the bed when someone is cleaning shadow goes to work with me because he is my service dog Lily is left at home and she's just a cuddle bug and loves everyone.

Going in for neck surgery 5/4, but house has been neglected for a long time due to lower back problems. My bending and reaching will be extremely limited after surgery, up to 6 months. More than a general clean but not a deep clean every two weeks. I am a single mother with two children under two so it is a lot to keep up with. Bathrooms especially need to be cleaned from scrubbing shower/tube, toilets, sinks, mirrors vacuuming/mopping Kitchen, clean all surfaces, inside microwave, oven and refrigerator. Vacuum/mop. Dust all blinds and light fixtures. Dust and wipe down all baseboards. Clean the playroom and wipe down all toys. Vacuum the couches and spot clean any upholstery that is stained. Possible laundry for linens. Windows cleaned but not every time. Once a month or every other month depending on how dirty. BONUS if you're excellent at organizing: pantry, closets, toy room. Attentive and observant to detail. More than just surface level cleaning which typically is what happens, I do that just about every day! I need someone that's going to tackle a good clean. Punctual, respectful, flexible. Single family home with driveway No pets.
