I am 74 years old and find it difficult to do cleaning I used to. My husband has been diagnosed with beginning stages of dimentia. I am good natured and would definitely need a person that gets along with people, has a smile and enjoys their job and does a job that they are proud of. The person who is assigned to us should be honest, give a good days work for the money paid and someone we look forward to working with rather than dreading.

I have a 3700 square foot home in Disputanta, VA. It is a Cape Cod style home and no one uses the upper level so cleaning services are only needed on 1st floor which is about 2500 square foot. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The entirety of which is hardwood floors except for one bedroom that is carpet. I have 3 children and two dogs. I work full-time and I am a volunteer youth coach so I feel like I am not able to keep up with the demands of cleaning this house.

I am looking for a biweekly housekeeper. Our home is 4 bedrooms 1 bath and is 1000 square feet. We have a dog that will be in the home, she is a very lazy but friendly retired greyhound. If you would prefer, she can be in her crate while you are working

We have two floors, but the only rooms on the lower floor that would need anything done is the bathroom and main living area. The two bedrooms down there do not need anything. We also have hardwood and laminate flooring throughout. We do have several area rugs. Deep clean, dusting, mopping, vacuuming of kitchen, living, dining, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. Be able to deep clean well as well as be trustworthy, respectful and reliable. We have a long driveway with plenty of parking. We have a 3-month-old corgi, Fenway, who loves people. He's very playful and pretty easy going. Oh and super cute!

We have 4 cats, so outside doors and windows need to be closely monitored when used. They also occasionally decide to puke on the floor or rugs, and we would greatly appreciate it being cleaned if discovered.
