Precious Hearts Preschool and Home Daycare is a licensed daycare providing a nurturing and safe learning environment for your little one. We offer an exciting indoor playroom with plenty of age appropriate toys. We also have a large backyard filled with a sand box, water table, play structure and much, much more. We are conveniently located right next to a great neighborhood park. Children two years of age and older will have the added bonus of our professional preschool program. We use Funshine Express preschool curriculum which includes weekly themes, letter/number/shape recognition skills, science and language arts projects, and of course lots of fun art work. Parents have daily access to our lesson plan which outlines all the days activities, as well as a monthly newsletter that highlights all of the activities worked on throughout the course of the month.

Since our ratios are small, parents will have the ease of knowing their child is receiving plenty of one on one attention and also obtaining a great preschool education with an experienced preschool teacher. I have my BA degree in Liberal Studies along with an AA degree in Early Childhood Education. I also taught in a center based facility for many years before opening my own daycare.

We offer both full and part time spots for children in young infancy through entry into Kindergarten!

I am in the process of transferring my license home daycare from our old residence in Sacramento to our new one in Rocklin. I have an opening for one family while I go through the transition process. I've been a preschool teacher for 20+years. I've had my home daycare business since 2007. I believe in play based, child lead and hands on learning. I provide a regular routine with a mix of structured activities and choice time for the kids. Everyday we do art, play outside, music, books and science. I provide age appropriate activities and allow children to try new things based on their skill level and safety. I provide breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks. I'm happy to answer any of your questions :)

I'm a stay at home mom of 4 now at home during the day with only my youngest , C, who is almost 3. I'm looking to take on a few kids during the day to keep me busy and keep him company! We love trips to the library for story time, walks to play at the park, art projects, reading, making lots of messes and cleaning them up. We have fun feeding our chickens and watching them roam around the yard. I will love your kids as my own and they will genuinely enjoy their time here. I am CPR/first aid certified. Ideally looking for ages 2-5.

We learn are ABC's 123's Science, Art Panting, Dancing, and we LOVE Music and we learn are manners and washing are hands and POTTIE TRAINING. Friday is our Fun Play Day. We Love show and tell.
