Tim Allen is the CEO of Care.com, responsible for the company’s strategic direction, leadership and growth, as well as its commitment to deliver on its mission to transform and improve how families around the world find care for all they love. A 15-year veteran of media and technology company IAC, Tim raised his hand to lead Care when it was acquired by IAC in 2020. Raised by a single mother and now a father himself to twin boys, as well as a son to aging parents, Tim felt a deep connection to Care’s mission. He knows first-hand the impact that access to affordable quality care has on a family and was inspired by the prospect of leveraging technology to create flexible scalable solutions to meet the unique care needs of families across the globe.
