Lupe has been with us since my daughter was 4 months old and she is now almost two and a half. We have to move out of state for my husbands job, otherwise I would have been with her for many many many years. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is such a great person and I know my daughter is always in the best care. She always goes above and beyond. I balled my eyes out with this move because I knew she wouldn't be able to come with us :(. I would be more than happy to talk to anyone who is considering hiring Lupe. She is and will forever be a part of our family!!! We LOVE her. A family would be so lucky to have her.

Bilingual Educator, Loving Nanny

I am passionate in everything I do. I love to discover the world again through the eyes of babies who have seen it for the first time. It keeps me young and curious. Through the years, I have had the chance to do exactly that through the eyes of kids of all ages; every single time has been a true privilege to seen it all as it happens. The kids I have had the chance to look after have been amazing at teaching me their views of this beautiful world we all live in, while I try to ease them into it by introducing them to the world as I see it.

I first met Lourdes when my daughter was an infant. Our criteria for scheduling a face-to-face interview: we liked the sound of the message she left for us on the voicemail. Her voice was kind and cheerful, and the way she chose her words was deliberate but light. She just felt right. And after all, babies respond to the sound of a voice and a calm, cheerful demeanor. We brought her into our home and we all immediately felt comfortable with her. How lucky we were to trust our instincts. Lourdes has been a part of our family ever since, and we count her as one of the best role models our children have. After all, when my daughter was in the 8th grade, years after Lourdes had moved on to another family, and she was given the assignment to interview her "hero", it was Lourdes she chose. Her love is vast and deep. She is fun, patient, listens to her heart and trusts in it. She is wise, she is full of grace, and I count myself and my family as truly blessed and far better for knowing her.
