About Carmen

Carmen has cared for my now 17 month old son since he was 3 months old. Simply put, she has exceeded my expectations as a nanny in every way. She is not only extremely reliable and trustworthy but also deeply loving and a joy to have in our home. Carmen has cared for our friend’s son (three month age gap) alongside my own son in a “nanny share” at my home. She goes above and beyond to be a great caregiver to both boys. She has been instrumental in both children meeting their milestones and thriving through recovery from medical procedures in their first years of life. She is always cooking them nutritious meals, taking them on fun outings, and making them smile. She is not afraid to be silly! Carmen’s experience as a nanny really shows: she has given me, a first time mom, countless helpful suggestions and helped me navigate the early throes of parenthood. She has helped me stay on top of things like grocery lists and laundry (just to name a few) without judgment and with an incredible amount of warmth. It also bears saying that in the 14 months we have employed Carmen she has never once been late to work. Any family would be lucky to have Carmen taking care of their children. She is truly amazing. And one extra note: Carmen is a dog lover and has forged a special bond with our Maltipoo. He gets lots of love and cuddles from her every day, in addition to her making sure his needs are being met!
