We are looking for a pet sitter for our 7-year-old Chihuahua, Freddie, specifically from the afternoon of December 28 to the evening of December 30. Freddie is a nervous little guy but warms up quickly. He likes to curl up next to humans on the couch and play with his toys. He prefers to be in his own home and to be the only dog. We are hoping to find a responsible sitter who is good at communicating and has experience with small dogs.

Woman recovering from knee surgery needs a patient person to walk Stella, her 4 yrs old, 45 Lbs. hound mix. She started out in Georgia but ended up being adopted from the Anti Cruelty Shelter downtown. Stella is a slow sniffer-walker, who is usually not interested in other dogs. With some bigger dogs she likes to wait out of their way until they pass her by. She will attempt to chase squirrels & rats, so we need a strong hold on the leash. She is unpredictable about cars, so ditto when crossing streets. She will be a big barker upon first meeting, but with an ample supply of treats, she will become friends. She must be walked wearing her harness, because she knows how to slip our of her collar. She likes to sniff other people but is more curious than friendly. Extremely food/treat motivated.
