Visiting Angels of Plantation provides elder care services to families across South Florida. Our team of Angels allows families to remain just that, families. Our caring team will care for your loved ones just as you would, allowing you the peace of mind you're looking for when selecting an in-home care provider. We don't hire just everyone. Each caregiver must go through a 3 step interview process, including a detailed background check. The first day of employment is spent in the office going through orientation, learning our high standards of care to be the best caregiver. Our Angels are our employees, not contractors. We make a commitment to them, just like we do to our clients. Each caregiver is either an RN, LPN, CNA or HHA. We take credentials serious and make sure each caregiver meets and maintains the standards set by the State of Florida.

Getting started with an Angel is easy. Give us a call at 954-488-2505 and ask for Shaun, he is the Administrator. Shaun will set up a date and time to come to your home for a FREE in-home assessment. During the assessment, you will learn more about Visiting Angels and the services we offer. More importantly, we will learn more about you and your needs. Together we will develop a plan of care that will best fit you or your loved one's needs and budget.

Next, we select your caregiver based on what we learned during the assessment. Every client is different, just like our caregivers. Learning about the clients' personality and interests helps us best match the caregiver. Having the right caregiver is our largest focus. This really increases the care by forging a great client/caregiver relationship.

A Registered Nurse will always oversee your care. They will come to our house within 48 hours from the day you start to learn about you as well. They will orientate the caregiver to you, and check up on you every 30 days. If there is ever a change, they will be there to help.

Visiting Angels of Plantation is more than just an elder care service provider, we are family.
