You expect a safe, supervised environment with many hours of fun and learning. I keep an open communication policy between the parent and me. I will be available by phone for immediate problems and by e-mail/text message for general questions. I want my parents to feel welcomed and appreciated. I am always open to suggestions and feel communication is a very important part of this business. If there are any problems or concerns I encourage you to talk to me about it.
