The management at this company is atrocious. They will use you up and spit you out like you are nothing to them. Which you are and they will admit this to your face. They "bully" the last person talks about isn't. She was one of the people they used until they had no use for her anymore. I should know I was there when they dropped her. Anne, the HR, will inform staff under her personal information about you. After they fired me they disclosed to staff how much I was getting off unemployment; around 8 dollars. Which after I did the math was true but I was also getting more from a company that shut down. They told staff they didnt know why I was fighting to get it. I wasnt getting much anyways. Well why would you deny something you pay into especially if it's not that much. This is not a company you want to work for. Unless you like management belittling you and reprimanding you in front of other staff members. I can almost guarantee the second comment here is from either the owner or the HR of this company.

The girl who left he previous comment, Corinna, was a bully in the work environment and started unnecessary drama. I thoroughly enjoyed working for MAGi and although I couldn't continue working there I loved the residents and management worked with me to accommodate my school schedule. If you are looking for a job that takes care of people with mental and physical disabilities and making their life better, this is the job for you. MAGi prides themselves on getting the residents out into the community as much as possible. I would definitely return if I still lived in the area!

If you're looking for a career or long term employment, this isn't the place for you. High turn over rate due to poor management. They abruptly change staffs hours and wage without notice. Very unprofessional and it makes for an uncomfortable working environment.
