Sensitive To Those With Learning Disabilities
I will be entering my final semester of university in the fall. Prior to that I attended a prep school in Canada and through a lot of hard work achieved my Gold Duke of Edinburgh award. I've always been able to maintain excellent grades despite the fact that I have a learning disability. I think this is why I'm keen to work with those who struggle or who feel different because their disability is hidden. I love to read, draw, paint and the outdoors. My work has been displayed in the art gallery of my high school and I've been a note taker in university for those with disabilities. My ideal job would be to work with someone who has academic potential but who struggles with organization, and completing work in a timely matter. I want to say to those students I really do understand and would like to may a difference.
