Hello, my name is Phoenix (Niyah). I am a young adult with 6 years of experience working with young adults and adults on the disability spectrum live and learn independently in their communities. I have worked in work settings, educational settings, and recreational settings with a variety of individuals with differing needs. I am compassionate, kind, and authentic. I have some learning disabilities and developmental differences, however I drive, I have a degree, and I provide a sense of belonging and relatability with my individuals as someone with a disability.
