The position is Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. My son is 3 yrs old. He has muscular Dystrophy a condition that weakens the muscles. This condition does not affect an individual cognitively. He is learning how to self propel on a wheelchair. This position is for personal assistant to assist and help in a preschool setting. A personal assistant will help and assist the teacher in providing him with the attention he needs when she has to attend to other children. This can be: - diaper change - crafts assistance - coloring/painting - Playing - transferring - repositioning - pushing wheelchair - Daily assistance as needed Must pass a level 2 background check.
