Part Time
O is so much fun! He's a giggly gentle baby. He loves playing with his toy drums. Sometimes we'll break out in song dance for him and he loves it. He'll let you know when he needs something. It's either his diaper, he's tired, hungry, he wants cuddles, or play time. Since he is behind we're looking for someone who will help him advance through play. He has exercises that we do multiple times daily provided by his OT and PT. We will show you everything you need to know.
Our son O has hydrocephalus, he's 15 months. He's behind for his age, he can't walk or crawl yet. We're getting there but he's working on his own time. He cannot feed himself yet. Your time with him will involve playing with him and feeding. I will provide his food already prepared, all you would need to do is reheat. He's really easy and a good baby. Our routine with him is pretty simple
We're looking for someone that has a background with young toddlers. Someone that is patient, caring. An outgoing fun personality is a plus because O loves to be entertained with silly noises, music and dancing.
CPR certification/ knowledge is a must. Special needs training is a plus but not required.
To get to our home you can drive. Reliable transportation, specifically your own car. No drop offs. We have easy parking that isn't assigned
O has a shunt and he could have a malfunction at any time and would need to go immediately to the hospital.
Our family includes Henry our 5-year-old shitzhu boston terrier mix. He's a little 15 lb dog. He's very sweet and is good around O.
