Part Time, At Home Care For Down Syndrome Daughter

I am a 21-year-old female with a 4-year-old son with autism. I am looking for either a live in nanny or someone with open availability. I have to travel for business, I work out of town late nights (club work) and I have no family to help with care for my son. He will be in daycare Monday-Friday (except holidays), daycare hours are 6am-6 p.m. (he can stay for whatever 8 hour time block would work best for you). I sometimes have to leave for days at a time for work, and would need someone to get him ready for school and take him to and from school as well as prepare him food, bathe him and bedtime for those times. We can discuss ways to work together (I can meal prep to help with mealtime etc). You will be free to do whatever while he's at school. We can discuss more personal details when contacting me (pay, hours, live in or not, etc). Additional needs include light housekeeping and having a reliable car.

We're looking for someone to watch our 3 (almost 4) year old son three days a week (MWF) from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. He has epilepsy and some developmental delays, primarily in the language arena, so we'd love for him to be in the care of someone who understands how to work with him and help him continue to make progress. He is a sweet, friendly boy who gets along with everyone he meets, but sometimes needs help communicating his needs. He is not yet potty trained, but we are working on it. We also have a dog in our home (a super friendly 3-month-old Akita puppy who is growing quickly) so you'd want to be comfortable with dogs as well.
