I have anxiety, dissociation and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures. I'm looking for someone to help me in the mornings and possibly bring me to drs appointments. On my bad days you can help with basic ADL's and tidying, on my better days you can help me with organizing and getting my life back on track. Additional needs include light housekeeping, meal prep, organizing, shopping/errands, driving to appointments, having a reliable car and being comfortable with pets. Family Age Groups: Adult. Diagnosis: Mental Illness, Seizure Disorder.

The job will include caring for a 6-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. He is overall happy and smiley. He is very loved and well taken care of. Provide stimulation and organize play/activities to help empower and soothe him. Wheelchair dependent and will need to be lifted at times for re-positioning. Caregiver must be comfortable with diapering. Caregiver must also be comfortable with administering food via feeding tube or willing to learn.

Looking for a part-time caregiver for our Teen family member with Cognitive Disabilities, Speech Delay, Down Syndrome in Auburn. Ideal match will meet the requirements below.

Work with parents and other PCA's to care for our three daughters with down syndrome when they get home from their day program. We need help with meal preparation, feeding, personal hygiene, laundry, bathing and getting the girls ready for bed. Available hours are Monday - Friday 2:30 p.m. to 6:pm. Depending on your schedule, you can work from one to five afternoons a week. Additional hours may become available. We adopted the girls as infants and they are now ages 23, 24 and 25. Our 25-year-old is moderate in terms of her developmental abilities; our other two are considered severe. All of our girls ambulate. The girls vary in their level of physical dependence, but all require assistance with daily living skills. Our home is a pleasant environment to work in & the job will provide a very rewarding personal experience.

Must be willing to social distance while not at work due to high risk. We are a busy house with 5 children and 2 dogs.
