Loving Nanny Needed For 2 Awesome Little Girls!

Hi! We are a family of 4 with two little girls. One is 3. 5 and the other is 1. Our current nanny has been with us since our first daughter was 10 months old. She is unexpectedly ill and has to resign. We need care asap as she is giving us a month's notice. She currently works 4 days a week for us but we are willing to discuss different options once we meet. She is like family to us has come on vacation with us and everything. We have 2 dogs that would need to be let out once during the day. They are lazy and sleep all day. Our current schedule is she has both girls Monday and Friday and Tuesday/Thursday she has just our younger daughter. Our older daughter is potty trained and very easy going and our youngest daughter is a happy girl who loves playing and interacting with people.
