Seeking 1 aide for a 3 day/ (9 hr per wk) position for my mother who lives at an assisted living facility. Ideally, you would act much like a companion, so preference will be given to folks who are in a similar age group (40s and up). You 2 could window shop, catch a movie, sit & chat in her apartment, get coffee and you would join her for dinner that is served in the downstairs dining hall at 5 p.m. ( your dinner would be paid for). Light housekeeping: (ie washing the dishes you use; sweeping up crumbs with broom, and using the laundry facilities if you spilled and needed to use a towel(s) for clean up.) The ideal candidate must have a car, must be OK to use location sharing services on their phone ONLY while on an outing with my mother for her safety; and would be willing to undergo a background check.
