About who needs care: My mother has Cauda Equina Syndrome with Neurogenic Bowel and Bladder. She needs to have her bladder emptied about every 4 hours by using a straight catheter. She needs to be given a sponge bath every day. She has bed sores that need cleaned and wound dressings changed. She needs help with her physical therapy exercises. She would need help with warming up her meals. Help with giving her medication. About the care needs: They would need to know how to catheterize. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
