We need daily (Monday through Friday) home/elder care for my mother (90) and uncle (97 WW2 Vet) both are on walkers and require mostly monitoring. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping & meal prep (we have meals on wheels), toileting assist/monitor, bathing, mobility assistance, laundry. We live on a farm in the Caesar Creek region and have a number of elder/senior resources already in place. Weekly/Weekend respite coverage on occasion for current resident caregiver would be ideal but not necessary. Background check at our expense required.

Hi! Our family is built on compassion and grace. We love to have fun with each other and spend all our time together when we're home! My 4-year-old girl loves to play, do crafts, bake, play games, draw, paint, and be outside. She will be starting preschool in the fall so we would need a sitter to assist with pick up in the afternoons. My 16-month-old son is just an active toddler. He loves to play soccer, paint, play, and be outside. He naps 1-2 times per day. He is a sweetheart and just likes being with people. My 4-year-old needs to keep working in preschool items- Holding her pencils correctly, learning how to make her letters and numbers, etc. My 16-month-old just needs to explore the world and learn all he can. I would love to find someone with a preschool background to help teach the kids. We most likely will need help transporting our 4-year-old home from preschool 3 days per week so a good driving record is a must. Most of all, someone who is loving and patient to model that behavior to our children. There is plenty of parking in our driveway and our neighborhood is lovely with very walkable roads. Our family includes an older dog who mostly sleeps during the day. He would need let out a couple times in our fenced in backyard, but he is pretty low key.

I have a 5-year-old who attends school Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and I have a 1-year-old who will require constant attention, play, and food. I'm looking for someone who makes play time essential and provides fun & learning throughout the day. I do work from home, so I'm readily available throughout the day when not on calls or in meetings for assistance & help as needed. My 5-year-old LOVES his iPad & tv time, he tends to have too much screen time due to needing to be entertained and we'd love someone who can accommodate giving him attention during the day while I'm working. He loves games and activities but gets bored easily. My 1-year-old just loves attention & food but loves to play and he recently started walking so he tends to always be on the move. My 5-year-old needs potty training reminders, he is on the spectrum (just slightly) but needs reinforcement for potty training. My 1-year-old just needs love, attention, food & diaper changes. Both boys will need lunch prepared & served and cleaned up afterwards, however this does not require home cooked meals, we have plenty of options readily available. Patience, loves kids, ability to be stern in a kind manner, friendly, affectionate or receiving of affection from kids (my kids love to give hugs & kisses to show their love and tend to say I love you often which we encourage and support.) You can park on our driveway alongside the side of the house, but make sure to come into the driveway at an angle or you may scrape the bottom of your vehicles skid plate due to our curb lip being higher than normal. No pets.
