Red Apple is a bilingual family child care that provides a fun educational curriculum. Located on 91 Belmont St in Everett. Children will have a great day while they learn new things. The daily interaction with the children is what we find so satisfying. We love watching the reading process unfold and never tire of helping children unlock the mysteries of print. We also love all the ways that children come to make sense of their world-through dramatic play, art, music, investigations, thinking mathematically, playing around with language. We like creating opportunities for their learning and supporting and challenging them as they figure things out.
Our daycare offers a range of educational services depending on the age of the child. For infants, we focus primarily on emotional development, relationship, and developmental tasks, and are acutely aware of the integrated nature of all these domains of development. We show them the appropriate ways to use the equipment. We make as much as more eye to eye interaction, verbal language, and appropriate equipment to help them to explore the world. We do skin to skin contact with infants to let them feel safety and security. We guide them to practice sit, crawl, stand, walk, and develop their language skills.
Toddlers, Preschoolers, and School-age children are given an explanation of what they are doing that is inappropriate and redirected or told what is appropriate. We guide them to practice sharing, helping, and cooperating. We help them to improve social/emotional, cognitive, physical, and language skills. We plan the appropriate curriculum to improve their academic skills, such as literacy, problem-solving, and creative development.
I am licensed by The Department of Early Education and Care. Our language is English and Mandarin. We provide fresh homemade breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day to all children.
We hope the families could cooperate with us to support our children to be successful in meeting later school expectations.
Please contact me at my email: jingyang1219@gmail.com or call my cell #617-669-7392 with any questions you have. I would love for you to visit my daycare.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.

My program is a small, mixed-age group, and we all become very attached to each other--it really is very much like a family. I am located in Boston, close to the Longwood Medical Area. I have a well-equipped home with three levels of interesting space and a small backyard. We also have a wagon-for-six for trips around the neighborhood, and a minivan filled with car seats (and with a triple stroller folded up in back) for field trips to the zoo, the science museum, and other cool places around Boston. The mixed-age grouping contributes to a cooperative rather than a competitive environment--it's the norm to have a different skill level, since children are different ages, and your friends will just naturally offer to help if you don't know how to do something. 2 openings for Sept

The curriculum is child-centered and play-based, by which I mean that I guide activities mostly by preparing the environment and selecting the playthings. Then I let the children engage in play and discovery. I'm here to model appropriate behavior, set limits, read books, add or subtract materials, keep everybody clean, fed, safe, and loved, and generally keep things moving smoothly. We have a wonderful time.

I have three major goals for the children in my group: positive self-concept, social skills, and language skills. If you are confident and excited about your world and your ideas, know how to make and keep friends, and communicate well, you are well on your way to academic and personal success.

I am licensed for six children, but prefer to have a group of four or five per day, depending on the ages of the children. I sometimes do have six children, when alumni come to visit or when I simply can't work out the schedule any other way. Children typically start the program at age one and continue until age four or five.

I try to provide everything so that parents don't have to pack a huge bag each day. Food, diapers, and field trip expenses are all included in the daily rate--there are no extra charges. I serve a lacto-ovo-vegetarian menu. There are lots of pets--turtle, geckos, fish--which provide a wonderful anchor for the science curriculum, since they all need different food and different environments. We also do things like hatching chicken eggs, planting seeds, making collections of pine cones and other natural objects. A dog and two cats live in the house, and petting and playing with them contribute a lot of comfort and interest. Two openings for 9/18.

Nanny Recruiter is a premium placement agency for full-time and part-time Nannies throughout the Greater Boston area. Our full-time recruiters will work with you to assist in personalizing the selection process of a Nanny. We simplify many of our processes through automatic billing, payroll services, and scheduling apps to allow you to focus your attention fully on communicating with your Nanny about what matters most, your children.

Our extensive pre-placement process for all our Nannies includes background criminal records checks, sexual offender checks, motor vehicle records checks, social security number verification, and no less than five (5) reference checks. Our unique Nanny training provides additional education in health, safety, and sanitation, positive child interactions, and curriculum. Each Nanny carries a materials bag chock full of musical, academic, and play-based activities.

We believe that the childcare and education professions should be the most respected of occupations; and thus we feel that it is essential that caregivers and teachers be treated as legitimate employees, not under the table workers. To take a stand against unfair business practices and provide fair and equitable compensation, Nanny Recruiter pays employment taxes for all of our nannies, including workers compensation, personal/sick time, and health care. By supporting our Nannies with a wage and benefits they can live on, we ensure longer employment for our Nannies and stronger relationships with our families.

Hiring a Nanny is a significant decision in the life of any parent, and it's too important of one to make a mistake. Make Nanny Recruiter your final stop and we ll find you the last nanny that you will ever need.
