PE 101 is a 90-minute class where students explore multiple sports in a fun, encouraging learning environment. This program is designed to keep students ACTIVE while they learn the basics of athletics and team sports. Each class includes: A dynamic warm-up and stretch Agility stations and skill-building drills Sport-specific units that cover rules, strategy, and fundamentals Classic, high-energy games like kickball, dodgeball, whiffleball, wallball, and capture the flag Our goal is to help students build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement—while having a blast with friends. If in-person or indoor classes cannot be held, we will make every effort to: Move class to an alternate location, or Host class online if we are unable to meet in person Refund Policy We are unable to offer refunds once classes have started.

Hi-Five Multi-Sport serves as an introduction to some of the most popular sports in the world!! Boys and girls ages 2-5 years will learn the fundamentals of each game through various drills and training elements designed specifically for young players. This Level 2 Gymnastics class is for athletes who have mastered basic skills and are ready to advance. Gymnasts will focus on front and back walkovers while progressing toward back handsprings and aerial drills—the sky is the limit! Emphasis is placed on building strength, refining technique, and gaining confidence across all events in a fun and supportive environment. Important Policies: No refunds or credits. Make-up classes only. The only time to drop is at the end of the first session in December 2026. If not dropped, gymnasts will be automatically re-enrolled for January–May 2027. For my age 10+ KVArteests, we work in oil paints on projects each artist chooses with my input. This is a class for those with enough art experience or can-do attitude to work largely independently.
