We’ll teach basic fundamentals of a wide variety of sports and then assist and supervise as our campers compete in an organized and safe setting!! Pop Art roots itself in the representation of everyday elements and objects popular in mass culture. It favors bold colors that are taken out of context with playful imagery. The perfect style to interpret the popular month of May subject…..FLOWERS . This weekly 2-hour class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects, and they have more autonomy in how their projects go. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. Recommended for ages 9-16. Dress for a mess! We often work with acrylic paints and oil pastels, which can be very difficult to remove from clothing.

This week we are experimenting with application as we mimic the influential American artist Helen Frankenthaler. Inventor of the soak stain technique, Frankenthaler pushed the boundaries of color field painting in abstract expressionism. So to celebrate this marvelous approach, we too will be pouring paint instead of using brushes! Students will have the opportunity to explore color mixing as we learn about the color wheel and its various approaches. Then, we will give each concoction a chance to shine as it gets cascaded over the canvas in a spectacular free fall.

There’s no place like… The Giggling Pig! Join us for a dazzling painting of Dorthy’s famous ruby slippers. Students will practice form as they recreate this iconic accessory, discussing concepts of color and contrast to implement a triadic color scheme. With a click of the heels and a sprinkle of glitter, students will follow this yellow brick road to a masterpiece of their own making.

We're embracing our creative magic this week with a clay relief unicorn sculpture. Students will practice proportion and form to utilize their molding skills. Focusing on the score and slip technique, they will embellish their projects with unique 3 dimensional details and complete their masterpiece with a rainbow of color.

Grand Kickoff Camp MENU This is the perfect camp to kick off our cooking summer camp series! This flavorful week is designed for curious Lil' Chefs to explore French, Italian, and Asian cuisines, and to learn how to sauté, simmer, and season like pros. Join us this summer for a week full of cooking, learning, and virtual travel as we explore the culinary traditions of Asia! We’ll be preparing food from China, Korea, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. We will learn the principals of sauces, flavoring, cooking techniques, doughs, wraps, noodles, rice dishes, dim-sum, and more. We will be preparing classic desserts such as mochi and custard tarts. Each day will include a snack break and conclude with a complete meal.

This week, your child will get a sampler of our entire summer schedule. Each day, we'll do a different medium and technique.

Over this week long camp, your child will learn the basics of photography. We will learn about lighting and composition as well as how the camera works by building a pin hole camera, making solar prints, and developing film in the dark room.

Reign & Shine Summer Lab Camp is a small-group, hands-on STEAM camp designed for curious young learners ages 4–7. Each week includes three themed lab days: • Science & Experiments • Cooking & Kitchen Skills • Building & Design Challenges Campers rotate through structured activity stations each day, including guided experiments, collaborative building projects, and open-ended “Atelier-style” maker time that encourages creativity and independent thinking. Children engage in hands-on exploration, movement breaks, teamwork challenges, and confidence-building activities in a calm, supportive environment.

Join us for this 5-day camp in our Rebel Ceramics studio. Campers will be doing a combination of hand-building and pottery wheel projects, learning all about the clay body itself, the full ceramic process, different techniques, and glazing. Get those hands dirty,and do a deep dive into problem-solving skills. Ceramics camps for our 8-11 year olds will run every week of our 10 weeks of summer camp, boasting different projects each week for those who may want to join us for multiple weeks of ceramic fun! We are offering 11 different art camps/ new curriculum for Art Camps this summer. Art Camp at All Things Art Studio is the best way to experience total immersion in a summer art program! It's fun & and students get a chance to delve into their creative selves without crazy time restraints. Students will also get to Tie Dye an All Things Art Studio Camp Shirt (or other item for repeat campers) on Day 1! (included in the fee of camp). In the mornings, they will be working on individual projects, and the afternoon art academy will give them a relaxed but focused exercise in fine arts. There will be landscape drawing and painting, and still life exploration. We explore drawing, clay, printmaking, textiles, weaving, watercolor, acrylics, tempera paint, glazing & more! We will work with canvas, clay, watercolor, tissue paper and many other types of medium as well. Every camp is a different curriculum, so please register for as many as you can :) It's an amazing week for students, they meet and make new art friends and enjoy the warm summer weather. Bring a sack lunch each day and a water bottle, We will have outdoor lunch & walk in the neighborhood- plus outdoor "en plain air" instruction in their daily journal/ sketchbook. Bring it on! Some of our Elementary, Middle School and High School groups will be offered at the same times & days (convenient for families with older & younger children). But the Camps will be separated by the groups and have different curriculum and locations within the studio. (MS/HS have a seperate registration with separate curriculum)
