Outdoor field games in local area parks, weather permitting. We spend the first and last hour of the day inside doing arts and crafts, STEM projects, and indoor sports such bowling and ping pong. The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional camp activities utilizing local area parks. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included. There is a sibling discount of 20% for each child beyond the first.

This fun-filled session will introduce young artists to four exciting art mediums, where they'll explore and experiment with different ways to create! Each project typically takes two class to complete, giving students time to dive deeper into their work and really develop their skills. Along the way, they'll learn essential art terminology, learn and build on different techniques, and even discover a bit of art history to inspire their creativity. As students work with different materials, they'll enhance their hand-eye coordination, build problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in their ability to express themselves through art. With our small 6:1 student-to-teacher ratio, each child gets plenty of individual attention to help them grow and succeed. Throughout the school year, each new session brings fresh projects that build on what they’ve already learned, offering a continuous journey of artistic exploration. All students new to Expanded Fundamentals will receive a notification to sign up for a one-time, prerequisite Online Form Class, which must be completed by the third week. This class teaches students about form, values and composition. If your child has already completed this class as part of Fine Art Fundamentals, they do not need to take it again.

We promote a healthy lifestyle through fun physical activity and creative self-expression set to upbeat, kid-friendly pop music. We welcome all kids and will work with families to help each child succeed. This class is best for students who can join a group class without their caregiver and participate safely in a small group setting.
