Parent's Night Out (PNO) is an opportunity for parents to enjoy dinner out, spend time with friends, take care of errands or chores, and even see a movie! Enjoy the evening while your children are having fun and are cared for by Footsteps’ staff! PNO includes dinner, fun activities, and a movie. Children are welcome to bring Pajamas. Young children will have the option of going to bed. Electronics are allowed, but their use may be limited. Footsteps does not take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Preschool siblings 3 years old or older must be fully toilet trained. Infants & Toddlers are only allowed to attend at our Nesbit Puma Cubs preschool location. PNO is subject to minimum enrollment requirements and may be canceled if the minimum is not met.

The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional activities utilizing local area parks. CITs may participate in the special activities if they wish, and should have appropriate clothing for those activities. Swim days are planned to be Tuesdays and Thursdays each week during the morning session. Kayaking are Wednesdays during the morning session, weather permitting. Rock climbing is on Fridays. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included. Baking Sweets - Week 10 MENU This is a perfect camp for Lil' Chefs who love refined sweets and want to learn baking techniques. Lil' Chefs can join for the full week or individual days while making elegant and delicious desserts like apple pie, chocolate soufflé, strawberry treats, and more. (Note: The menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability.) ABOUT SUMMER CAMP: Whether your child likes to bake, create, roast, sauté, fry, or blend, we have a camp for all interests. Our camps are organized into 3 age groups, so all chefs team up with their peers. All chefs will get to taste everything that they cook. All recipes will be sent home for later preparation. A child may also pack up any uneaten tastings to share at home. This is a hands-on cooking camp. So, our Chefs will play games, or let our Tiny Chefs color, or play other food-related games to finish our time. Unless you purchase a 30-minute Pre-Care pass, you may arrive NO MORE THAN 10 minutes early for check-in, and you MUST stay with your child until the start of camp. Also, unless you purchase an After-Care pass, any guardian who is late picking up their child will be charged $50 for every 10-minute increment upon completion of the camp – unless we are notified of the tardiness in advance.
