Flipnastics is the perfect class for young athletes, whether they're just starting out or already at an intermediate gymnastics level! Our program is designed for kids ages 7-10, with class groups tailored to their individual skills to ensure a fun, safe, and engaging experience. At Flipnastics, your child will develop strength, flexibility, and confidence through structured skill progressions and focused drills. Our experienced coaches guide athletes through a variety of exciting activities designed to take their skills to the next level! Athletes will work on: Strength & Flexibility: Building a solid foundation for gymnastics success Gymnastics Body Positions: Mastering proper form for each skill Tumbl Trak: Jumps, combinations, tumbling, and perfecting landings Vault: Learning running techniques, springboard jumps, and vaulting form Floor: Progressing through cartwheels, roundoffs, walkovers, bridge kickovers, handstands, and leaps Bars: Developing grip strength, pullovers, chin holds, glides, casts, and back hip circles Beam: Practicing balance with cartwheels, rolls, handstands, turns, and dismounts Ropes & Rings: Building upper body strength with climbing, tuck and L-holds, and grip exercises And so much more! Get hands-on exploring chemical color chromatography, creating your own paints using chemistry, engineering intricate geometric sculptures, and finding hidden math in origami. Become a "STEAMful artist" and see how blending these skills unlocks new ways to create and innovate – as far as your imagination can take you!

Soccer + "No camp" Camp is a recreational soccer & sports camp program, designed as a space where children can be comfortable, make lasting friendships, learn, and have fun. We mix up many sport activities beyond soccer, such as basketball, dodgeball, capture the flag, kickball, bowling soccer, tag games and more. We make sure to keep your child in motion by letting them choose their own activity, learn and develop new sets of skills and bring them into play. The "No Camp" part of the day is dedicated for free time. Your child will have the option to rest in the shade, read their favorite books and socialize. We respect the individual learning abilities of each child, as well as their personal space, and we strive to challenge your child in a fun creative way.

Since school is out for Martin Luther King day, come in and work on your projects or take advantage of our experienced instructors and learn something new! Studio Time can be used to develop new skills or strengthen current skills. All of our studio resources will be available to students during this time. Parents may drop-in last minute if they would like, buy a class-pack to use anytime during the fall semester, or register in advance. Students may choose to do ceramics, drawing, painting, photography, animation, collage, mixed media, sculpture, printmaking, screen printing, or anything else we have the resources to do. Sky's the limit!

Introducing our FUNdamentals class, the perfect way to kickstart your child’s gymnastics journey! Designed specifically for preschoolers, this class fosters confidence, patience, control, and coordination, using fun, age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Through engaging circuits and drills, your little ones will develop fine motor skills while discovering the excitement of being a budding gymnast! Here’s what our young athletes will work on: Strength & Flexibility: Building a strong foundation for gymnastics. Sign up for each week- we have a new curriculum each week! Kids will enjoy 4 hours of Art and Art related Activities! Day Camp is a drop off program & for ages 4 and older. Each day includes a variety of Cookies & Canvas event, One Day Workshop, OR Pottery Painting & Open Studio time. Most projects will go home same day. (If they have pottery painting that day, they will need to be picked up following week) Kids enjoy stations as well as several art projects during their 4 hours of fun at the Art Studio! Groups separated by age under K-4 grades, 5-8 grades. Bring peanut free sack lunch, snack & water bottle. Please dress for the weather- as we do take a walk in the neighborhood and eat in the garden on days when we can.

Piglets Playgroup offers our littlest artists their grown-ups the opportunity to create and play together with sensory play, process art (and custom made playdough!). This class works to introduce and build on important skills, such as problem solving and making friends. Please note that this is a participatory class with child and their grown-up (and not a drop-off class).

Join us for a morning of Valentine's Day magic and creativity. This program will be filled with opportunities for hands-on, open-ended play with a focus on sensory exploration. Our goal is to support children's sense of wonder by providing new sensory opportunities. We explore items such as water, play-dough, and rice in a meaningful context -- in this case, celebrating love day! Recommended for Ages 0 - 5 (but all ages welcome!)

This is open gym play time including bubble/gymbo time. One class pass per child (can also use as a make-up class). Members with monthly memberships are discounted. $10 per visit.

Join us for a southern feast! Our Lil' Chefs will learn knife skills, how to follow and complete a recipe, and how to properly measure wet and dry ingredients. Our Menu: Chicken N Waffles with Maple butter, southern mashed potatoes, French Beignets & oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Menu We will be making Lil’ Chef egg muffin sandwiches, hash brown breakfast pie, and Belgian waffles. We will also decorate sugar cookies with powdered sugar icing - a Christmas treat!
