My family utilized this daycare for over a year, and were quite excited when we were able to move up to another local daycare, and out of the disconnected communication and overreaching personalities of Jungletown Daycare Owners.

Below is a list of a few things that may help perspective customers:
1) This is a ministry of the Owner's non-denominational church, Christian Family Church, where he pastors. (awesome church . org) It doesn't appear you can access the full site without logging in...
2) This daycare is now a "DBA" of Water Carrier Enterprises, meaning the real company name is Water Carrier but they are "doing business as" Jungletown.
3) They own a facility previously used for 25+ years as daycares (previously Little Saints and something prior), who, in the owner's words "ran the facility into the ground". They have been working to improve the facility, but when an issue arises, instead of acting appropriately (closing while correcting/repairing), they stay open, make repairs, but blame the previous owner's disregard.
For example they have had multiple occasions of opening with facility temperatures below state regulations (kids wearing their snow jackets inside for hours!) due to heater issues.
4) Not all employees can communicate needed information in English.
I had to wait for a bi-lingual interpreter to come from another classroom on more than one occasion, so that I could receive the pertinent information about my kid's day.
5) Jungletown has an INCREDIBLE collection of classroom teachers, but an owner pair who very difficult to communicate with. Their lack of documentation adherence and unprofessional behavior was continually frustrating to me and my husband.
6) They continue to have communication difficulties. For example, just a quick review of their posted policies...
