The customer service with Melissa is very poor and truly unprofessional. When you try to receive services for your loved ones their response is horrible. It takes them along time to answer the phone, and their not good at returning phone calls. Our poor Seniors are in serious terrible if agencies like this are functioning on a level of unconcern for the elders. Melissa if you needed service for your parent/parents you would be very disappointed as well. This agency SUCKS!!!

, This business leaves a lot to be desired. They have VERY POOR communication and follow up skills. Their staff are poorly trained and placed on assignments that they are I'll prepared for. The aides don't show up and the office management staff doesn't answer their phones and the v/m box is always full. They don't consistently cover their employees absences.
