Helping with mobility, bathing, changing, toileting, feeding and therapy. Therapy is working on things that he is working on with PT, OT, SPEECH, VISION, and Music therapy. Light housework chores while he is napping or at therapy. Take him for walks, swimming, and swinging. Attends with me when running errands to help care for him when out and about. Helping him become more independent as much as possible. Must be CPR certified (that's easy to do if you are not). Pay is through a consumer directed service since he requires attendant services through Medicaid. Pay is $13 an hour; $8 for respite (he's asleep). Mostly need from 1pm- 7 p.m. weekdays and occasional Saturdays or Friday evenings for date nights.
