The daily interaction with the children is what we find so satisfying. We love watching the reading process unfold and never tire of helping children unlock the mysteries of print. We also love all the ways that children come to make sense of their world-through dramatic play, art, music, investigations, exploration, thinking mathematically, playing around with language. We like creating opportunities for their learning and supporting and challenging them as they figure things out. Our daycare offers a range of educational services depending on the age of the child. For infants, we focus primarily on emotional development, relationship, and developmental tasks, and are acutely aware of the integrated nature of all these domains of development. We show them the appropriate ways to use the equipment. We make as much as more eye to eye interaction, verbal language, and appropriate equipment to help them to explore the world. We do skin-to-skin contact with infants to let them feel safe and secure. We guide them to practice sit, crawl, stand, walk, and develop their language skills. Toddlers and Preschoolers children are given an explanation of what they are doing that is inappropriate and redirected or told what is appropriate. We guide them to practice sharing, helping, and cooperating. We help them to improve social/emotional, cognitive, physical, and language skills. We plan the appropriate curriculum to improve their academic skills, such as literacy, problem-solving, and creative development. I had obtained an Associate degree in Early Childhood and Education. I am in a home Daycare license by the State of MA, CPR, and First Aid Certify, also I am a licensed Early Education Teacher and Lead Teacher. Our language is English and Mandarin. We provide fresh homemade breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day to all children. We hope the families could cooperate with us to support our children to be successful in meeting later school expectations.
