Children's Playhouse Daycare, Inc. is a warm, family oriented childcare center with a professional atmosphere.

We have two locations. Our Infant/Toddler location is located right next to our preschool location.
Both locations include all meals. Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon Snack are served daily. Our cook serves fun and nutritious meals that is over seen by the USDA. We also provide 3 different top brands of formula and baby foods.

Our Teachers are committed to their classrooms and really enjoy working with children.

Children's Playhouse Daycare employs Early Education and Care certified educators who consistently meet the following job responsibilities which are not limited to but include:

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Stimulates emotional, intellectual, and social growth of children by developing and directing educational programs and activities tailored to assigned class.

* Provides safe environment by maintaining orderly, clean, and appealing facilities; removing known safety hazards.

* Encourages children's participation by providing interactive activities.

* Informs staff and parents of curriculum by preparing and submitting lesson plans; posting schedules and curriculum.

* Keeps parents informed by posting parent information in the classroom; maintaining and sharing records of child's progress, attendance, and behavior.

* Encourages development of children's self-control by utilizing classroom management and modeling techniques.

* Encourages consistency of service by maintaining communications with parents and staff.

* Protects families by keeping personal information confidential.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Maintaining the 20 hours per year as mandated by EEC.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

All educators have their EEC Teaching Certificate.
